I have a Park Tool pizza cutter. Looks like a Pennyfarthing. The big front wheel is the cutter. I’ll post a pic later.

I use the OXO brand had it for years, I sharpened it and it made a difference.

Most of them are junk plus the physics are goofy on most of the handled models.

The blade is still fine, the plastic molded wheel holder slot sheared away.

The motivation behind your comment has been on my mind every minute for over two years.
I've been severely, not totally -because that's impossible- avoiding carbs.
Twice during that time I've veered into parking lots, hitting a number of parked cars, to run into a pizzeria when I snap.
The owners of the vehicles I hit seem to understand when I explain it to them.
It's tough.
