Homemade pizza

I don't get the warm fuzzies when I think home-made pizza. The pizza places make it seem easy, but making a good crust, plus the right mozzarella cheese, sauce, and toppings is a science. The average person making it doesn't make a very good pizza.

I am sure some of you folks have it figured out though.

Your cast iron pizzas are "awesome" I often make scratch pizza and cook with cast iron, just the other day I thought I should bake one in my cast iron pan and now I will for sure do that!

I too was intrigued by Pop Rivet's cast iron skillet pizzas. I bought two Lodge skillets for Christmas and today, finally got around to making a couple. They were awesome. First one was plain and the second one was broccoli. They were so good I can't wait to do sausage, peppers, olives and such next.
