Oil for 2015 3.5 Ecoboost Police Interceptor

Hi all. Recently picked up a 2015 3.5L Ecoboost Police Inerceptor Taurus. Turbo and GDI. did some research and one guy I take from says that we need SN+ oil. I got a good deal on a few jugs of Quaker State High Mile full synthetic 5w-30. It says it's rated as API SP.

Is that OK to use? Would SN+ be a better option?

Give it a Euro 5w40 it’s out of warranty and had a rough life to boot.

Castrol and Quaker State are both available at Walmart, have a slew of approvals and are SP.

Use it, then switch to anything that has MB229.5 approval, regardless of grade.
