Fram's website shows the Ultra at 99%+ at 20 microns or greater. So either the Fram tech you talked to doesn't know their own product (highly doubtful), or something go twisted up in translation.

From the link below, the old PureOne which was not a full synthetic media was 50% @ 5 microns and 95% @ 8 microns. And that efficiency info was given by Purolator themselves. So not a stretch to believe the info from Motoking on the Ultra is accurate.
