Mystery oil filter. What is it?

This came out of a Toyota 2zr-fe from my 2010 Scion xD. I can’t find online what it might be. I think the first 6 digits are the date code. 154 is similar to the mobil 1 part number mc1-154a, but the mobil 1 oil filters do not look like this. I wish I could find out what brand.

That’s a premium guard filter. STP filter would have that printed on it.

Date code (032423) looks simply like Mar 24, 2023.

Looks very similar to this Wix. Because it has those 4 little circle protrusions. Does Wix make filters in China? Would Wix not print out its name on a filter? Maybe I can look for one at an auto parts store.
