That works … I keep the OEM plug when I buy Gold Plugs … but warm oil is close enough for me … I’m not OCD on drippings for an hour either …

I'm just going to sneak my news on to this thread.
I BOUGHT A FUMOTO VALVE AT THEIR NYC OFFICE YESTERDAY.
Very cool little (5 story) building on E. 34th St. (think Empire State building, Macy's and Madison Square Garden) bet. Madison and Lexington Aves.
It's for a neighbor's car and it isn't going into the car anytime real soon.
I suggested the Fumoto due to the weakened condition of the drain hole. A/O now, I run the plug in and seal it with Permatex black.
It's an F-106 for his 2010 Honda Accord 4 cyl.

I have that tool, I bought it about three years ago, and every time I do an oil change I forget to use it!
