Why do people abuse such motors.

5k miles on Mobil 1 0w40 and an OE filter will make any German motor so clean you could eat off it. So simple, yet people screw it up.

Are you going to use Kreen or A-RX or MMO or ... to clean up some of the heavy vanish and a little sludge ?

Tried all 3, The Kreen was most effective. The oil came out nasty and next oil change after Kreen was filthy fast. things were still coming loose after the drain, that oil was never that dirty.
