My favorite agression is a 2.5-3.0 on the linked list. I prefer a DE89-Merkur HD level of bite.

5 is a bit beyond my needs but I just adjust my technique. It isn't a big deal for me as I usually am plowing through 5+ days of beard growth, so take frequency into consideration as well.
