My Chiropractor highly recommended MyPillow, uses them himself, so I bought a pair of My Pillows on the current buy-one-get-one promotion after shopping around. At the time, couldn't find a better price/value anywhere else.

My wife and I both found we needed to go down a fill size and had to do an exchange which was very easy to do over e-mail in which they e-mailed a return USPS label.
For me, My Pillow hasn't been the magic pill to curing my neck pain, but once I had the right fill size, it is comfortable to sleep on and I like the feature of it being machine washable. It was time for me to get a new pillow anyway so I will keep it.
For my wife, she really liked her existing pillow and as of late, has not been able to get used to her MyPillow.
My final thoughts on MyPillow. I think they are a bit over-hyped and that finding the right pillow in general is a matter of individual preference. However, I think that MyPillow is a solid Made In America company with very good customer service. Again, I really like the the machine washable feature as bedding gets really nasty over time.
