I bought an SD card on Amazon. It came in a 7x7x7" box, floating in peanuts.
I received a spinny hard drive from Newegg resting at the bottom of a 7x6x3" box with an inflated pillow on top.
Quack!

I find this quite often with Amazon. Huge boxes for a very small item.

Companies shouldn't have to buy dozens and dozens of different size boxes

I've received SD cards inside bubbler mailers or those foam lined brown paper envelopes, weird. I refuse to buy spinning hard drives over mail, too much jostling.
