Luckily, we now have many options when buying uncured bacon. Ten years ago uncured bacon was hard to come by. Now I want to lard my next pot roast with bacon.

I could quite happily live off Bacon. That jerky looks delicious.

You guys in U.S. seem to eat what we in England call streaky Bacon. We usually eat back bacon. Is the back bacon not popular in U.S.?

Best dry cured so the white foam does not come out in frying. You guys need to look for 'HP sauce' it is wonderful on a bacon sandwhich.

In the U.S., we do eat back bacon, but here it goes by the name of Canadian bacon. It's not nearly as common as pork belly (streaky) bacon, which is everywhere.
