Absolutely. Every state should be finding ways to reduce the tax burden on folks with these new billions of dollars in internet taxes coming in.

I wouldn't hold my breath on this. Without getting into politics, it IS an election year in Yah-Tah-Hey's Nebraska. Often times, to me it seems that these type of things just result in reallocation of tax money without out-of-pocket savings to us. In Michigan, all the "extra" casino money earmarked to education is having a HUGE impact...NOT.
