Where oh where do we buy parts for the CTC Certified self propelled lawnmower - my self propelled cable snapped

Certified lawnmower ( Sumec) sold at Canadian tire is a Chinese company . The spring is at the bottom buried deep inside the machine I had a difficult removing . The mower seems to be a throwaway unit . I understand most the yard stuff is off shore . But China ,that’s just wrong

I couldn’t find the cable at Jacks - I have tried Jacks in the past .I have been disappointed with international rates

Ok I found a site for Sumec Chinese Manufacturing and it listed this mower .Cable with spring $26 shipping 18.95 This mower is two years old I going to leave this decision to the owner
