Looks good! Their comments about head gasket/cylinder head cracking aren't really relevant since that impacted mainly some 99-02 cylinder heads. It was a non-issue by 03/04.
Like it shows here you're doing a bit better than universal avg. of 24 PPM iron in 3900 miles. These engines can last a long time though so it's no issue. I suppose the Jeep is much lighter than say a Grand Cherokee with this same engine.
