I recently had a very bizarre experience with a product I ordered online from Amsoil. See the whole story in this thread. Even though he had no obligation to me since I am not his customer, Pablo stepped in and got the situation resolved in no time.

Here's to Pablo, we are lucky to have him here on BITOG!

If you are a dealer and have a problem contact your Regional Sales Manager (RSM), no matter what the problem then can get results. I have had a few misc problems (tax and s&H) over the years and they always came thru in a matter of hours. I tried the chain of command and it took time, go up the ladder first.
