After reading the postings I have to ask from the people with big hard used tractors their opinion about these oils made by Warren ?

It's a mixture, and I suppose results vary as the formulation changes over the years.
My experiences are not with Warren/TSC oil, though.

I have heard mostly good things, as long as the specs are carefully looked at. I know big Deeres with wet brakes can be pretty sensitive about brake chatter if Deere oil isn't used. It's honestly been too long.

Is this a positive change?

I urge people not to wait 100K to change out the fluid in their transfer case units. -Kestas
