White pasty substance on dipstick

It's a rust bucket and not the most safe getting car beyond 70mph haha which is why they sold the car to me. Just last week I hit a not quite Frozen patch of ice and a mile down the road blew my tire. I change oil every 2k when I get bored. I'm just weird and get enjoyment out of changing oil so it's not like I keep that oil in Long.

This is from my F150 with lots of short trips (only 3 miles to work), but this was after I drive to my moms, 45 miles each way mostly highway. The trip is made at least once a month, sometimes more.
About 5000 miles on the oil.

As said, it is condensation buildup.
 
Exactly like that. I guess I've never really driven my car more than 15 miles at a time since I've had it. When I go on longer trips I just take my f350 or my wife's explorer
