For my Gen Coupe turbo I've been getting the 93 octane at the cheapest place. Since late last summer it has been a Mom and Pop store that only raises the price when the refill their tank. Currently 93 octane is $2.89 and has been that price since last summer.
So that gas is not top tier, almost 6 months old, and after the last five tanks the gas mileage is still rising. Maybe the Ceratec though causing that.
But none the less, great gas mileage, no idle problems, starts first crank.......
