Waterpump - OEM or Aftermarket

Never heard of a Modular Ford motor pump failing. I have experience with at least a dozen of them, and was on forums many years. If it is stamped Ford, install with confidence.
Also, it has a very wide interchange. That pump would fit my Tbird and GMQ. MOTORCRAFT PW423

I've found, at least on Honda, Toyota, Nissan, and Subaru, that OEM isn't much more expensive (and sometimes cheaper) and they last much longer. Just my firmly held belief.
