Moving into a house from an apartment= best thing I've ever done. Congrats! Am jealous of the garage! Sadly, its the only thing my house is missing

My GF might be moving in sometime down that road and we see marriage in our future. With that said her opinion has been a big part of this house. I told her I would compromise on just about anything BUT the garage. She just doesn't understand why someone needs a 3 car garage LOL.
I just hope I don't start getting calls from my friends. "Hey buddy, you have extra space so can I store ....... here for a while?"

600k/ 750k house in my town with estimate property taxes around 15k
Congrats, nearly a $600K-$1.5 M in our area for similar house. Of course depends on location and all...:!
