Now that I look at that chart, how is a 20w-20 good to 40 C yet a 5w-30 is not?

A 15 C maximum for a 5w-30 is a little odd, still. That 20w-20 sticks out like a sore thumb there.
That's an interesting one, Shannow. For North America, 10w-30 between 0 C and -23 C, with 5w-20 below that, and no 5w-30 listed at all!
