No.
Not really easy enough in many cases.
My daughter is a doctor, she's extraordinarily busy*, working insane hours. She lives in an apartment and while she has few tools, a jack is not among them.
She's a surgeon, so any injury to her hands is critical.
Since her tire store offers free rotations, like this store, she gets them done there, on a day off.
*24 hours at the hospital on call. 12-14 hours on a short day. No days off for weeks. Medical professionals are incredibly busy right now. She was so busy, she hasn't even had time to wash the car for the past year or two, even though that's "easy enough". So, I took her to work at 5:45AM and had the car detailed for her. We picked it up at 7:00PM. it was a short day for her.
I've seen this happen before. Software developer mangled his fingers while working in his car. Could not work for 9 months. All of the safety red flags were there. First time doing that job, on a time schedule, no correct tools and by him self. Risk/reward for that job was not taken into account. Pulling a truck drive axle to change the U-joints... ~$300 at midas or so.
