The woman grabs the guys arm as both experience the fight/flight response. In this case it is flight. The grab causes the instinctual push-to-flee which from my experience isn't uncommon. If you're suddenly grabbed while being scared the natural reaction is to get away from whatever is grabbing you.

Of course this could be a hoax as well. The participants looked like they were in their teens.

It's funny, the larger Whitetail bucks I've seen while hunting, almost always let the doe go first into the clearing I have my tree stand in. They also stayed outside of bow range too... To get big I guess they have to be smart around here!

You mean the escape room concept or closing the door behind you so the monster can get the girlfriend giving you more time to escape? Although I don't think he locks the door so much as she doesn't even try to open the door.
