Anyone see a major conflict in this trailer

The "occasional, recreational transportation of personal property for a non-business purpose" is exempt from Federal CDL rules regardless of weight. However, state laws may apply.
Some states, such as Kansas, require a non-commercial class A driver license to transport RVs over a certain length. Of course, the state that one is licensed in is the rule on how to operate in all 50 states. But, law enforcement may not always understand that standard, or individual state requirements.

Like Texas requires Non-Commercial Drivers license if operating an RV Motorhome over 26k. It always surprises me how many winter Texans that incorrectly get their drivers license & are clueless. Part of that problem is the DMV staff are not educated unfortunately.
