Not a Amsoil fan at all,but I would run a round of Pennzoil/Mobil 1 first to clean everything up first. After that go ahead with a Fram Ultra or Royal Purple filter. Change filter at 10k,top off and go the distance. I am sure Pennzoil/Mobil would do about the same for less money. While your at it make sure your air filter and such are up to par.
