3.9L Dakota Oil Change

Need some input for My 1995 Dakota 3.9L 4X4 oil change (175,000 miles on it).
Info > Snow plowing & doing chores on my property, dusty conditions and it is driven on the highway on a regular basis, 6,000 miles per year.

Have been using Exxon Mobil 10W-30 with a 4 month oil change interval, Autozone stopped carrying the jugs of Exxon Mobil, considering Mobil High Mileage at 6 month oil change any other opinions?

Had a '99 3.9l in a 1500 P/U, I always used 10w-30, of whatever was on sale.

I use Maxlife in my 2001 Dodge Dakota. It also has a 3.9 V6 and I have almost 85,000 miles on it.
