The large Ford dealer here does everything you mentioned except the tire rotation for $25. I get the rotation for free since I bought the tires there. They do a good job and never had any issues. They take their time and normally get the same guy when I park in front of the number two door. He even cleaned up some gunk from a leaking low-pressure ps hose.
