After risnse phase

I have a 2002 accord dxf23a4 engine, im about to finish my rinse phase and switch to synthetic m0w-20 when factory calls for 5w-20 . I want to put a maintenance dose of Arx in and and 1oz of LC every 3k miles. Is that a good and safe idea?
I just finished flushing out my tranny fluid after putting Arx in for 2500 miles. Is it a good thing to put LC in the Honda fluid as well? Did anyone have good results? Thanks

close to 44k on the car, I want to keep the engine and tranny in perfect shape. completely clear metal inside

I would relax and just let the oil do it's thing. What was the service history before ARX? If it was not so good, I'd do another cycle of ARX and use an oil with strong additives, like a 10w-30 diesel-rated or Motorcraft. If you did good service, use ARX maintenance dose with "dino" oil for a few quick changes. Eventually, when using the synth, let it go without additives, imo. Mobil 1 GF-4 would be sweet...even though it's a 30 weight.
