Since the government took over the refinery and blending, this is now the best diesel engine oil they produce. For price and tradition it has 50% of the market.

That is not a diesel oil!

Sulfur level is legislated at 2000 ppm max. Goverment produced diesel plus imported from Venezuela by the govt where level is 15,000.

Some of the local plants actually produce 200 ppm.

This oil is usually down to about 10 cSt by 1000 miles, then thickens up as it oxidizes.
