BRZED, if you look a the research that Weston Price did on Dental Health around the world, if fluoride at 1.5ppm (ooops, that's now 0.75ppm, and don't give it to babies and toddlers) was the proper answer, they would have made it.

Whole lot more to it, and surprisingly simple.
 
Drink tons of tap water, after filtration by my fridge of course.

The in fridge water tap is a new thing to me, I drink much more water than I ever used to.
