Would a typical auto tranny pump be considered a high flow? I'm just curious how long it would take to pump the fluid one complete cycle inside the tranny and does rpm affect flow rate?

I'm making a 5gal bucket ATF evacuator using my shop vac, and I'm not sure which diameter polyethylene tubing would suffice. 1/4" looks about right, not sure 3/8" would work in all my vehicles fill tubes. Anyone tried this?

Got my regular tranny flush at local Xpress lube today, Dex3 for $109 out the door. I noticed only one machine tube in the tranny fill tube. Tech said they no longer hook to the tranny cooler lines because of too much breakage/issues. He was using a "transmission saver" machine which he claims...

Either are $40-60 bucks for my pickup. I did notice the Gates torsion coil-spring tensioner has a lifetime warranty. A Dayco for example has a 12k mile warranty.

Are there any benefits in removing them for cleaning? Leave alone until a CEL?

Some folks use a tcw3, mmo, pea based products to keep the fuel systems in top notch. Does this apply to 4T ope's as well. An example would be a initial treatment of let's say RL SL-1, then the customary dose of tcw3 from thereafter for maintenance. Thoughts?

Anyone had any experience with Pix belts? I needed a Kubota deck belt(1 1/8" x 123" 2-band)but didn't want to pay $87.50+tax at the stealership. I picked up the Pix for $48.50 at our local belt & bearing supplier. Btw it is Kevlar corded. I bet Kubota doesn't make their own belts.

My 09 Elantra manual specs EG based coolant and looks like the old standard EG dark green coolant. Can I use Deere's Cool-Gard(EG based with a HOAT additive) for top off? I've got a few gallons on hand.
