I have heard that Mack Trucks uses FRAM oil filters. And there may be some other big truck and construction equipment builders who use FRAM.
My question is, are these FRAM oil filters different in design from the FRAM oil filters for cars and light trucks? Do these FRAM oil filters for big trucks have metal endcaps, etc.?
And if so, can these FRAM oil filters with the metal endcaps be available for use in at least some pick-up trucks, and maybe cars and SUVs?
