At the awards banquet, that was the prevailing feeling amongst the competitors. The 'rules' were not applied impartially. A Texan friend of mine while sitting there with me watching the spectacle, summed it while watching the 'champion' in his oversized cowboy hat when he said: "All hat, no cattle".
