How does someone fill a shopping cart with jugs of oil and and just roll out and not catch anybody's attention?

My Walmart never has that much oil of one type out on the shelf.
Split it into three thefts, and it would be just fine in Dallas.

Cleaned up a property close to a decade ago.
The formal resident was a regional driver, well there had to be 30+ gal jugs filled with bulk oil in the garage.
I ran 15w-40 in everything for a couple years.

That was my first thought also. Heck that is a necessary item for sure, under $750 have at it.

Same here and some times it's completely empty. Probably from someone like this guy. Yeah and they fill it with used oil or water and return it for full price.

What I don't get is he went back again after just rolling one full cart out. Didn't the 1st full cart leaving without being paid for raise red flags?
