He was colder in that 2nd pic, without the hat. Notice he latched the top button on his shirt, in that 2nd pic?
That undershirt in the 1st pic looks like it's choking his neck. It's way-up-there.

Or just call it civil asset forfeiture and then she can rob to her heart's content.
