I prefer the Pentastar setup with cartridge filter. I hate the Honda Civic just for the fact that you need to crawl under the car to change the filter since it's in between the engine and firewall.
When I had the Toyota Sienna it wasn't bad since the filter was on the front part of the engine. These new cars have those covers that need to be remove. What a pain in the neck.
