Turtle Wax "no rinse"

At AZ I saw a Turtle Wax product that looked just like Optimum No Rinse. Same
color and consistency and smelled very similar. I think it was under ten dollars
and was a big bottle, maybe 32oz. I've used ONR and the duragloss no rinse products.
Has anyone tried the new TW one?

Seems like you get a lot for the price, but it uses 4 oz to 2 gallons instead of the optimum 1 oz to 2 gallon. I haven't tried the turtle wax yet, i'll probably stick with optimum or ultima since price per use comes out cheaper over the turtle wax, although the turtle wax is probably more readily available in stores.

So this stuff can be done with only 1 bucket? Can the ONR also be done with one bucket or MUST onr be used with 2 buckets?

Cool. I haven't done a regular hose wash in three years. I really like rinse-less products.

just posted in the other thread about this stuff. i used it just like i use ONR and it worked perfectly. maybe they recommend an overdose for people who are not as careful? either way, so glad to see a no rinse wash available locally instead of mail order.

PS - 97tbird, i've done a lot of research on this sort of product (mainly the stuff that has been available on Autogeek). one bucket is fine; the way this stuff deals with dirt is different than regular shampoo. it either pulls it into the media as a buffered particle or it drops it into the bucket as a buffered particle...either way it is encapsulated. but i always use a second bucket to rinse the wash media because i'm anal.
