That is a great option if you can afford it. Since you have 3.5 gallon toilets, you might get a rebate from the water and sewer department for 1.28 gallon toilets to lighten the burden.
I think the Kohler Santa Rosa might be the best value in one piece toilets. Most cheaper ones are awful.
