Tire place refused to sell just 2 snow tires

so for all you 2 tire naysayers

I have 4 all seasons on now with about 30% tread left

I have only 200 rounded up to spend on tires

front wheel drive car, snow on the way

whats safer, drive on my bald all seasons, or mount 2 snow tires in the front. ?

drive on your bald all seasons or put 2 snow tires on the rear, you are asking for a spun out and fish tail with 2 snow on the front.

Put a few bag of sand to make the rear heavier so it won't lose traction before the front, that's important in the snow.
