Wonderful score. Fantastic old car. Would rather a four door simply because the rear windows roll down and not fixed like in the 2 doors. Something the earlier 2 door Novas had and lost in the 75 overhaul.
The gauges are a nice addition. IIRC, the standard dash only has speedo and gas and idiot lights for the rest.
I have a 63 Valiant Signet with unboosted steering and three on the tree. Purchased for $600 as well. Back in 1980. Probably came with radio heater and whitewalls.
Cars like these demand your attention and interaction. After awhile the lack of power steering is not an issue. And no fluid to buy, change, leak or check.
