Governments have made humans far too expensive to employ for menial jobs in much of the West. And then encouraged companies to replace them by keeping interest rates near zero, which effectively gives those companies free money to buy the robots to do so.

Either way, the simple reality is that any job that robots and AI can do, they soon will be doing.

Yeah keep pushing the “fight for fifteen” = get replaced by robots. What dumb arses.

I think is possible, if you set yourself up to be a regional repair service center for all types. These things will need blades, parts , batteries , trouble shooting etc. IF you could get trained on almost all makes and stock parts for almost all makes. You would also need people who buy these things to know you are there. As few as there are. Perhaps some mower repair shops would farm them to you rather than fix or stock parts for them.
