Oil in service about 1,200 miles. Filter reused. I went in for a NYS inspection yesterday. I went outside the shop to make a call and noticed the catch pan under my Jeep and my perfectly fine oil flowing out. I didn't ask for an oil change. The shop owner said sorry the oil change is on me. I wasn't about to settle for dino oil and a cheap filter, or a brand swap of synthetic oil. He had one of the mechanics drive me home for my oil and did the inspection free. People make mistakes, he made it right and was easy to deal with.
Gonna put AP in my Fusion next … that Hybrid has an underside panel like a kitchen table and it's my least favorite oil change … Try to get it on a yearly cycle … nice car though …

I removed the one under both of my Fusions soon after I bought them. What is your MPG like with the hybrid?
