Pennzoil Platinum - Black crud in new oil

Here's two PP jugs and one QSUD jug that I have. The QSUD is spotless. The specks on the bottom of the PP 5W20 float around when the oil is swished. The dark areas at the bottom of the QSUD jug are just scuffs on the bottom from being scraped on the cement driveway. And last is a GTX 20W50 jug that's been sitting undisturbed until now for 4 years.
