5 years is a standard shelf life on most oils. Have seen 3 or 4 years on some.Using up 0.75% of my stash and 2015 oil still staring at me.
Thermostat on a 7.3L took 4 times, 2 different gaskets and a thermostat housing to not leak. No idea what the deal was!I really feel that way with a water pump or radiator hoses…
