Has Ford made G05 backward compatible yet?

I have a 1998 Ford Mustang GT that came with green. I flushed out the old stuff numerous times with distilled water, ran a 6 hour cleaner, flushed numerous times again with distilled water, replaced the thermostat, and filled up with Ford Premium Gold (G-05).

FARM & HOME SUPPLY carries Zerex coolants (green, G-05, and Dex-Cool). Zerex green lasts 100,000 miles. It is low in silicates as compared to the old Prestone green.

I e-mailed Zerex about going back to green once in my 1998 Ford Mustang GT. This is what they said when I asked should I leave the G-05 in or flush it out and put green Zerex conventional back in...

"Zerex G05 is replacing green antifreeze in the future. Just keep it in the system. It is also 5/100 long life."

I have had G-05 in my system since May of this year and have had no problems whatsoever with G-05.
