Body wash or bar soap?

I have a bar of that in the shower right now! Here in Nashville, we have pretty hard water, and I've never found another bar soap that lathers up like that Kirk's Castile! It is pretty strong, though. I've actually had it burn my skin a little bit if left on too long, especially this time of year when my skin is very dry due to low humidity.

Harry's brand is my current favorite body wash. I like the "Fig" scent (orange cap). It is really a quality scent, and doesn't have the "cheap cologne-like" scent of many body washes such as Axe, etc, that the high school/college set seems to prefer. It is actually a quality fragrance. The "Stone" scent is also good.

Dove Men+Care Body Wash (also labeled as a face wash) has petroleum jelly in it as some sort of moisturizer in suspension. It's realky weird too. I ran out of hand soap and liked it enough that I used it in a foaming hand soap pump, which meant I had to water it down. It worked, but I found that with that much water the petroleum jelly came out of suspension and stuck to the bottle.

As for body was in general, I find it's easier to clean. Real soap leaves behind soap scum. Detergent based body wash or liquid "hand soaps" is usually based on some detergent and doesn't leave behind soap scum.

Try the Kiehl's stuff, it's pretty good. I always like to use it at the gym.

Doesn't make any difference here.
Valvoline Crimson on a red shop towel.
Please, just keep showering, and stay clean.
As long as your BO doesn't arrive before you, or linger after you are gone.

Wow. $20 for 8 oz? Pricey stuff. The Harry's stuff is $6.99 at Target for a 16 oz. bottle.

Think it's worth it?

Bar soap all the way! I rotate between Kirk's Castile, Ivory, and regular white or pink Dove...because that's what my grandma and grandpa had at their house when I was growing up, and that makes me

. I just wish Kirk's lasted longer than roughly a week.
