Best E-Coated Rotors?

I don't like Centrics because they are cheap and basic. I want something has better quality. Before when I still lived in California, I had Mountain and Brembo, non-coated. They worked awesome. Now in the East Coast where they are prone to rust, I am in the searched for a quality reliable rotor.

Raybestos made some of the worst pads and rotors I've used. I had a set completely rust out on my Crown Vic after 1 or 2 winters in Michigan.
