ARX caused oil leak?

I’m not sure if this is a coincidence, but the oil pan gasket on my 94 Saturn SL started to leak during the ARX rinse phase...
It's not a big deal, I knew there was a risk of that happening when using ARX. Oh well

Not sure what the 94 Saturn oil pan gasket is made of. But yes the Auto-Rx will clean any debris that was preventing it from leaking prior. If it is silicon the Auto-Rx will not help silicon or cork gaskets, then only a change will stop the leak.

If this is your first run of ARX, and if the leak doesn't stop within a few thousand miles of the end of the ARX treatment, try doing another one. I did one ARX treatment, and it caused a small leak. I just finished doing a 2 bottle seal treatment, and last I looked, the leak was significantly reduced.
