Firefox allows you to zoom text only. Use Ctrl and + key. I'm sure other browsers have that option, too.

I get this on my samsung s7. It keeps zooming, enlarging the page, rather than fitting to page.

Zooming on a mobile device works differently - you can't use Ctrl+, but I thought OP was talking about a computer. Maybe I made a wrong assumption?

I use an iPhone, a modern device that shows the website as intended. Everything fits perfectly.
