Would siphon and replace fluid like has been said. It's cheap insurance.

This has a dipstick? Might be a bit of a pain to dump oil in, but I'd be tempted to pull a cooler line and do a full exchange. I mean, for the amount of time spent, just change it all at once. Might not need to bother again for another 100k at this point. But even a partial exchange is better than no exchange. I guess if you can easily extract through the dipstick tube, and dump in an equal amount, it might qualify as easy and fast.
On my Tundra, while the lack of a dipstick is a pain, it did mean I could use a hose with 0.5" internal diam, which made dumping in oil relatively fast. It was a slower process on my Camry, waiting for it to run down the tube. [then again, I'm a novice at changing ATF.]
